Shipping Policy

The plants will be carefully packed and shipped through our official shipping partner which is Speed Post service of The India Post.
Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 Days from the day of placing an order.
The Delivery of the package will depend on your location and the estimated delivery time is up to 5-7 working days after the dispatch.
If the package is not received within 5-7 working days, you should immediately contact us through email (support@bracketshelf.com) or phone (+91-99320 08888) to track your package and help you trace the package in case of delay in transit.
Bracket Shelf absorbs the routine extra fees when they occur and the charge for shipping quoted in the shopping cart is the charge you will pay regardless.
